This color is more accurate above (her walls are a lovely caramel color),
but I think you can see the vine better in this one...
And around the door...
Here are some closeups so you can see the details better...
So there you have it...
It was lovely to be able to spend the entire day just painting away....
(and yes, I did wear green - the shirt I wore was green, and I had splotches of green paint all over my painter's pants - as well as just about every other color! Happy Belated St. Patrick's Day!)
Today, I'm enjoying a day off.... cleaning my house a little, catching up on here, and maybe in a bit, reading some of my latest 2010 Booking It piece - Little Dorrit by Charles Dickens. Love it.
Hope you're having a lovely day yourself...
This is so beautiful. I dream of having my house decorated like that.
ReplyDeleteYour friend is very lucky to know someone so talented
Thank you so much, Eva! Glad you enjoyed the pictures... (And by the way, if you want to fly me over to Israel, I'd be happy to paint your house too! :o) Thanks for visiting my blog!

ReplyDeleteGreat work Beth! At least you were productive on St Patty's Day. I tried to make popcorn green (savory not sweet). It worked but eating it turned my mouth REALLY green!
