WIP: Mural Update.... Getting Closer!

Hiya Peeps. Hope you had a nice Valentine's Day! I spent the day working on the mural, but came home to some beautiful roses from my Sweetie. :o)

Here's how I left the mural yesterday - as you can see, I'm almost finished! Today I will be working on the grass and flowers, and then all it will lack will be the antiquing glaze and the clear top coat! I've certainly enjoyed working on this project, but it's always nice to see the end result.







As you can see, I finished up the poor kid on crutches.... who is being a trooper and playing football in spite of his injury.


And now you can see what the kid on the path is doing with his arms up in the air - waiting to catch the football, of course!



I decided that the path was a little too bare down at the bottom, so I added in this little puppy barking at a turtle.


Some of us got really excited about the puppy....


We think he's super cute...


And then some of us were a little unsure of the turtle...


And then some of us just wanted to play.


And then some of us were off in outer space somewhere...
