WIP: Church Nursery Mural - Day 4

These pictures show how I left the project as of Friday. I spent most of the day working on the grass - adding texture and shading. For now, I'm leaving it as is, but I will eventually add some flowers and individual grass blades once I get the rest of the elements in place. But you can see, it's starting to take shape, and the trees don't look like they're floating as much as they were before. :o) Again, the distortions on the two panoramics are due to the stitch feature on my camera - it doesn't always line the words up very well.

I will continue posting throughout the week so you can see the progress. I hope you're having fun watching it take shape! I certainly am....

  10. I’m visiting from Ann’s today.

That mural is stunning. And the blue tape around the edges – that just made me smile – don’t know why.

    And my fave:

#136 “suitable counterparts” that’s what the Hebrew means for “helpmate” in Genesis

God Bless you and yours and your gratitude journey.
